Walmart Marketplace

Overview

To access your Walmart Marketplace data, we'll need you to add us as a read-only user on your Walmart Seller account. This gives us view-only access to your sales and reporting data. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

What You'll Need

  • Access to your Walmart Seller account with administrator permissions to manage users

Setup Instructions

  1. Log into your Walmart Seller Account
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Under Administrator Options, navigate to User Management.
  4. Click Add New User.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • First Name: Bench
    • Last Name: Accounting
    • Email Address: thirdpartylogins+your.business.name@bench.co
  6. Select the role Read Only.
  7. Click Add User to save.

Please message your bookkeeper to let them know this has been completed, as the email invite link is not a monitored email.

What To Expect After Setup

Our team will receive the invitation and finalize access — typically within one business day. No further action is needed on your end.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see "User Management" under Settings.
You may not have administrator-level access. Check with whoever originally set up your Walmart Seller account.
  • I'm not sure what to use for the email address.
Replace your.business.name with your actual business name, no spaces. For example, if your business is Maple Goods, the email would be thirdpartylogins+maple.goods@bench.co. Your bookkeeper can confirm the exact format.
  • I don't see "Read Only" as a role option.
The available roles may vary depending on your account type. If Read Only isn't listed, reach out to your bookkeeper before selecting a different role.
