Setting up a third-party login for Vystar Credit Union gives your Bench bookkeeping team view-only access to your Vystar Credit Union bank statements. This allows your bookkeeper to download statements directly so you don't have to manually pull and upload them each month.

• Your BenchID number

1. Log into your account online

2. Click on 'Settings and Services' in the top right of the screen

3. Select 'Personal Information' then Entitlements under that

4. Enter the following credentials:

Username: bench[benchID]

Password: Benchb00ks! (this is a temporary password and will be changed upon initial log-in)

5. Choose the access type for 'Read with information & reporting access'

6. Inform your bookkeeper that you have set up the login information.

Once your bookkeeper confirms access, they'll be able to pull your VyStar statements directly, no action needed from you going forward. If anything changes with your VyStar account (such as a change in permissions), let your bookkeeper know so they can adjust accordingly.

I don't know my BenchID number.
You can locate it via the number in your Bench account URL: https://app.bench.co/client/12345/ the number after client/ is your BenchID. You can also always ask your bookkeeper for it as well.
