Overview

Setting up a third-party login for Printavo gives your Bench bookkeeping team view-only access to your Printavo Merchant Portal. This allows your bookkeeper to download payout reports and transaction details on your behalf so you don't have to manually pull and upload them each month.

What You'll Need

  • A Printavo online merchant account
  • Access to the account owner's login credentials
  • Admin-level permissions to add authorized users

Setup Instructions

  1. Log in to your Printavo account.
  2. Click My Account in the top right menu.
  3. Select the Users tab on the left-hand side.
  4. Click + Add New User.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Full Name: Bench Accounting
    • Email: thirdpartylogins+business.name@bench.co
    • Phone: 6504660173
  6. Password: Leave this blank or select the option to "Send Invitation Email" if prompted. (Printavo's current flow allows the new user to set their own password via the email invitation).
  7. Under the Permissions section, toggle the following to ON:
    • Can view analytics and payments/expenses
  8. Click Save or Create User.
  9. Bench will receive an automated email to finalize the account setup.

Please message your bookkeeper to let them know this has been completed, as the email invite link is not a monitored email.

What To Expect After Setup

Once your bookkeeper confirms access, they'll be able to pull your Printavo reports directly, no action needed from you going forward. If anything changes with your Printavo account (such as a password update or a change in permissions), let your bookkeeper know so they can adjust accordingly

Troubleshooting

If your Printavo plan (Lite or Standard) has reached its user limit, you may need to deactivate an old user before you can add Bench.
