Overview

Setting up a third-party login for Postmates (UberEats) gives your Bench bookkeeping team view-only access to your Postmates (UberEats) Portal. This allows your bookkeeper to download your sales and payouts reports on your behalf so you don't have to manually pull and upload them each month.

The Postmates login and access is done through the UberEats Manager.

What You'll Need

The Third Party Login email address for your business. This is thirdpartylogins+[your.business.name]@bench.co, please replace "your.business.name" with your business' name, all as one word or with periods between words.

Setup Instructions

1. Log in to UberEats Manager

2. Select Users’ from the left-hand menu

3. Click the green ‘+ Add User’ button

4. Enter the following email address: thirdpartylogins+[your.business.name]@bench.co

5. Click ‘Add.’ We will receive an email to complete the log-in creation

6. Message your bookkeeper in the Bench message feed that you have completed these steps

What To Expect After Setup

Your bookkeeper will receive an email to complete the login.

Troubleshooting

I'm not sure what to use for the email address.

Replace your.business.name with your actual business name, no spaces. For example, if your business is Maple Goods, the email would be thirdpartylogins+maple.goods@bench.co. Your bookkeeper can confirm the exact format.
