Setting up a third-party login gives your Bench bookkeeping team view-only access to your Pinnacle Financial Partners Portal. This allows your bookkeeper to download statements and transaction details on your behalf so you don't have to manually pull and upload them each month.
1. Login access with admin/owner-levelpermissions
2. The email address provided by yourbookkeeper (formatted as thirdpartylogins+business.name@bench.co)
Note: Sometimes they might require additionalinformation like EIN, 2FA, etc.
1. Please create a new view-only sub-user in Pinnacle Business Online Banking for Bench Accounting using the following information:
Please do not share your primary banking credentials or password with Bench.
2. After these credentials are complete, Bench will receive an email invite to finish setting up the third-party user.
3. Message your bookkeeper to let them know this has been completed as the email invite link is not a monitored email.
After setup is complete, Bench will receive an email invitation from Pinnacle to activate the new user profile. Once activation and multi-factor authentication are completed, Bench will verify that read-only reporting access is working properly.
