To access your Paychex monthly payroll reports so we can retrieve and complete payroll adjustments.
1. To give Bench access to your Paychex reports, please provide your 8-digit business ID. Once we have received this ID, we will request access
2. You can find our request by logging into your Paychex Flex account and clicking on ‘Main’ → ‘Dashboard’ → 'Tasks'
3. Click ‘Approve and assign role’
4. Under the 'Admin Role' section, select 'Reporting Admin' and 'Access to Everyone'
5. Click save
Once you've appoved and assigned our role, our team will receive the invitation and finalize access — typically within one business day. No further action is needed on your end.
