Overview

To access your Klarna settlement and order data, we'll need you to invite us as a user on your Klarna Merchant Portal with view-only access to your settlements and orders. Setup takes about 2 minutes.

What You'll Need

  • Access to your Klarna Merchant Portal with permissions to invite users

Setup Instructions

  1. Log into your Klarna Merchant Portal.
  2. Go to the Users section and click Invite User in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Email Address: thirdpartylogins+your.business.name@bench.co
    • Role/Permissions: Under Section-Specific, select Settlements and Orders
  4. Click Send Invite.

Please message your bookkeeper to let them know this has been completed, as the email invite link is not a monitored email.

What To Expect After Setup

Our team will receive the invitation and accept it — typically within one business day. No further action is needed on your end.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see the "Users" section or "Invite User" button.
    You may not have admin-level access to the Merchant Portal. Check with whoever originally set up your Klarna merchant account.
  • I'm not sure what to use for the email address.
    Replace your.business.name with your actual business name, no spaces. For example, if your business is Maple Goods, the email would be thirdpartylogins+maple.goods@bench.co. Your bookkeeper can confirm the exact format.
  • I'm not sure which permissions to select.
    Under Section-Specific, only Settlements and Orders are needed. Do not select additional permissions unless your bookkeeper has specifically asked for them.
