Troubleshooting

1. “I don’t see Add User / User Management”

This is the most common issue.

Possible causes:

  • You’re using a personal account instead of business online banking
  • Your profile is not the primary administrator
  • Treasury Management services are not enabled

Fix:

  • Call support and ask them to enable:
    • “Business user administration”
    • “Treasury Manager”
    • or “sub-user access”

2. Bench never receives the invite email

Common causes:

  • Spam/junk filtering
  • Corporate email firewall
  • Typo in email address

Fixes:

  • Resend the invite
  • Use a different email (Gmail often works for testing)
