Setting up a third-party login for Buildium gives your Bench bookkeeping team view-only access to your Buildium Merchant Portal. This allows your bookkeeper to download payout reports and transaction details on your behalf so you don't have to manually pull and upload them each month. We can also view reports for each Property you select to retrieve reports for property tracking.

To complete the third party login, we need to finalize the connection within 24 hours. Please let your bookkeeper know through the message feed once you have completed the instructions above.
Once your bookkeeper confirms access, they'll be able to pull your Buildium statements directly, no action needed from you going forward. If anything changes with your account (such as a password update or a change in permissions), let your bookkeeper know so they can adjust accordingly.
I'm not sure what to use for the email address.
Replace your.business.name with your actual business name, no spaces. For example, if your business is Maple Goods, the email would be thirdpartylogins+maple.goods@bench.co. Your bookkeeper can confirm the exact format.
