To ensure we can access your BBVA USA Business banking statements and check images accurately and securely, we'll need you to set up an authorized user on your account. This gives our team view-only access to your account activity and statements, nothing more. It's a one-time setup that typically takes about 10 minutes.
The business owner generally needed:
1. Sign into BBVA USA Online Banking
2. Navigate to the navigation bar on the right side of the screen and click ‘Service Centre,’ then click ‘Entitlement’.
3. Enter the following credentials to add a user:
Name: Bench Accounting
UserID: bench[benchID]
Your Bench ID is the number that appears after /client/ in your browser's address bar when you're logged into Bench. For example, if your URL is app.bench.co/client/12345/..., your Bench ID is 12345, and you'd enter bench12345.
Email: thirdpartylogins+business.name@bench.co
Please replace business.name in the email with your actual business' name.
Password: B00ks$2023
4. For type of Entitlement, choose ‘Secondary Administrator’ which is the view only permission.
