Billing

As Bench follows a subscription based model, it is important to have an active credit card on file to ensure Bench is able to process upcoming subscriptions. Your billing date is dependent on the day your first invoice goes through.

Note: Bench team is unable to update your credit card information over the phone/email due to security reasons, please update the billing information via the Bench App. For any billing questions, please message your bookkeeping team within the message feed and a member of the Client Success team will be able to support.

Bench is able to connect to Credit Cards as well as Visa and Mastercard Debit cards, Bench is unable to connect to prepaid credit cards. 

How to Access My Billing information

  1. Open Bench and navigate to your company name icon on the left bottom corner of your sidebar to expand subsection upwards

2. Click 'Settings' and scroll down to the billing information page"

  1. Here you will see the current credit card you have on file 

How to Update My Billing Details

  1. Once you are at the billing information page, navigate to “Edit” on the top right corner of the page
  1. Input your new billing information and click save
  2. To view past invoices click “View Invoices”
